Dance Explosion Summer Dance Camp

Ages 6 - Teens

Daily Dance Instruction in Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Ballet, Lyrical, Modern, Stretch and Personal Fitness for beginners through advanced competitive dancers. Additional specialty dance styles will be added at various times. Our summer camp experience will give all dancers the opportunity to experience various styles of dance. Each student will be challenged to achieve their personal best through assigned level dance classes. Other activities include games, movies, arts and crafts, plus costume design and choreography. It’s sure to be a fun filled summer experience!

Session I (June 11 - 22)
Session II (June 25- July 6) (no camp July 4th)
Session III ( July 9 - 20)

 

FEES:
$250.00 for the 2 week session
$145.00 weekly
$50.00 daily (if space available)

CAMP HOURS:  10:00am – 4:00pm
Extended supervision is available as early as 8:00am and until 6:00pm at no extra charge.

Dance Camp is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those dancers who are interested in participating in DANCE TEAM and ENVISION BALLET THEATRE (Ballet Company) next fall.

Princess Camp
June 12 - July 19

Ages 3-6
Our Princess Camp will bring out the princess in every girl!  Activities include dress up, story time, arts and crafts, etiquette, snack and ballet princess dance class.

Princesses attend two days per week.
(Tuesday and Thursday) from 9:30 - 11:30am.

Session I (June 12-June 21)
Session II (June 26- July 5)
Session III (July 10-July 19)

Fee: $95 for the 2 week session

Envision Ballet Theatre Ballet Camp

August 13 - 17

Dance Explosion is proud to be the home of the Envision Ballet Theatre. Envision’s Ballet Camp is an intensive week of ballet classes and rehearsals in preparation for the winter holiday performance.

Auditions: Saturday, May 19th. Call for additional information.

Camp Hours: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Extended Supervision is available as early as 8:00am until 6:00pm at no additional charge.

Fee: $190 per student for the one week session.

Ballet Camp is Required for Envision Ballet Theatre Members

It is our goal to offer quality dance instruction for children and teenagers at affordable prices. We are happy to offer classes at our studio in Davie this summer. During the school year, classes are also held in recreation centers in Hollywood & Cooper City.

We have published our Summer 2012 Class and Camp Schedule. Please keep in mind that it is different from our 2011-2012 Fall Schedule that ends May 12, 2012. It is also different from our 2012-2013 Fall schedule that you will receive by mail sometime in July/August 2012.

During the school year (fall schedule), we offer many more classes, days and locations than in the summer.

Our Summer class schedule begins the week of June 11th, 2012.
Summer Camp and Princess Camp will be held June 11-July 20, 2012.
Envision Ballet Camp will be held August 13-17th.

Camps are offered at the Lincoln Park Shopping Plaza Studio only.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve you at any of our locations.

Fall classes start the week of September 4th, 2012.
